Account Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Hybrid Eligible After 6–12 Months)

Position Summary
Coobo Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to support client communications, project coordination, and administrative functions across our digital marketing and creative service offerings. The position is structured with a clear path to promotion into a Project Manager role within 6 to 12 months, at which point a hybrid work schedule may be introduced based on performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned client communications and project updates.
- Coordinate task management, timelines, and deliverables using Asana.
- Assist in tracking project budgets and hours in Harvest; help prepare billing information.
- Manage client folders and organize assets using Google Drive.
- Answer office phones professionally; route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Facilitate small tasks such as ordering business cards or processing minor updates.
- Contribute to light production needs, including copywriting/editing, social media support, or content research.
- Maintain a working understanding of Coobo’s service offerings and pricing structure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or relevant equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with (or ability to learn) tools such as Asana, Harvest, and Google Drive.
- Prior internship or agency experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of web design and digital marketing is beneficial.
Advancement Path:
This position is intended as a development role, with the goal of promoting into a Project Manager role after 6–12 months. At that point, hybrid work eligibility will be considered based on performance and client portfolio needs.
