Swagelok Central Houston launched their customer email marketing program with Coobo Media in 2011. What started as a monthly newsletter sent by the President has become their primary relationship marketing tool. Over the years, we have tested timing and day of delivery, content length and subject, call to action and design format.

With the launch of a new Swagelok corporate website and distributor mini site in 2016, the frequency of these precisely targeted emails has been increased. This change enabled us to create website landing pages to present expanded content and to track campaign results through Google Analytics.
